APM&ED is an education center with headquarters in the Dominican Republic. Its management operates in Belgium and Europe, through its structure and organization since 1996 and its partners have solid experience in many different areas.

APM&ED has taken the initiative to establish cooperation relationships with foreign public and private organizations with an aim to broaden the market between the countries of EU as well as enterprises, that have intention to relocate their production in the countries of Eastern Europe.
